In Episode 95, Paula Digby first finishes her comments on vaccinations and then takes questions from the IRF and from an outpatient therapy reporting perspective. The first concern is the 7th character for comorbidities in the IRF, would A or D be appropriate? Another IRF questioner asks about bilateral lower extremity weakness. The final item today regards therapy minutes. If each modality is performed for 8 minutes, how many are reported?
