In this episode Heather Bryans and Paula Digby address two ICD-10-PCS questions: one regarding whether to use K or L as 6th character for Thawed Fresh Frozen Plasma transfusion; and another for ligation of an accessory finger. In the final question, both Heather and Paula discuss proper coding of diabetes with manifestations in the Inpatient Rehab (IRF) setting.
