ICD-10-CM: Cardiovascular Conditions
Diagnosis coding for cardiac conditions in ICD-10-CM has changed some since our ICD-9-CM world ended. This session will address basic anatomy and function elements necessary to understanding how cardiac conditions are reported; the changes to reporting codes in ICD-10 differently than we did in ICD-9; coding considerations; and, CMS guidance related to specific procedural services.
