Refund Policy

If you cancel, your registration fee (less a $150 service charge) is refundable if written notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the first session date (deadline for this is 5pm Eastern on August 13, 2026).  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for non-attendance.  Send refund requests to help@AQ-IQ.com.

Course Cancellation or Replacement of Speaker

In the event of an activity cancellation, the liability of AQ-IQ LLC will be limited to a full or partial refund of registration fees.  AQ-IQ LLC reserves the right to substitute an equally qualified speaker.
