Submission of questions to Coffee with the Coder® are subject to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit your question.
- Submission of a question to Coffee with the Coder® must not include any personally identifiable details from any medical records.
- You must provide your name and phone/email/city or state. However, you also have the option of being identified as “Anonymous” by our announcer. Simply end your question with “Anonymous” and we’ll understand.
- AQ-IQ reserves the right to shorten lengthy questions that may be chosen and to re-structure questions at its discretion.
- It is not expected that all submitted questions will be chosen.
- Non-anonymous submissions, when featured in an episode of Coffee with the Coder®, provide an entry into our episode drawing. The winner of this drawing will receive an Official Coffee with the Coder® mug from our office. We request a “mug shot” when you receive your prize. (Your “mug shot” is your “selfie” taken with the official mug.)
- “Mug shots” are promoted on our site(s) and in social media. You agree to our use of the “mug shot” by AQ-IQ and AQ Consulting, LLC. We do not promise to use every “mug shot” submitted.
- AQ-IQ may attempt to notify you that your question is selected but we have no obligation to do so.
- If you have other concerns not addressed in these terms, please contact us for clarification.
