Compliance: Effective Queries

How many have queried a physician and either not gotten an answer or not gotten the answer you needed? Many times we ask our physicians questions and get a simple yes or no but do not get the additional needed information we need or we do not get an answer at all. Could it be perhaps the way in which we ask the question? Ways to create effective queries or to ask effective questions will be discussed.
