In Episode 58, Paula Digby begins with a question from an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility regarding the etiologic diagnosis, which has been resolved and then speaks to the IGC selection for a case that was initially other traumatic spinal cord dysfunction but the documentation did not support that. Another questioner asks about requesting a particular diagnosis code from the provider. The final question addresses the PCS code P05 and IUGR.
